Race 8 of the 2017 series is the first race back after the hot summer break.  AHSCS master promoter Scott Gould is bringing the Series near the northern shores of Lake Ouachita.  Gould known for his flowing single track has been raving about this site for months.  To stay up on the latest social media for this race hit their Facebook Page here.

Camp Story began as a Girl Scout camp with a large acreage tract set aside for recreational use.  Over time the Camp has evolved into a Church Camp and features a number of modern amenities, including cabins, RV hook ups, primitive camp sites and bath houses.  Racers and families alike will want to bring along their swimming gear and take dip in the lake to cool off.

The course will feature a number of elevation changes as racers will route around the property on a purpose built hare scramble course.  This site has never been raced before and Gould promises to deliver a masterfully designed course.   The PeeWee, Kids and Short course racers are sure to love this event.
