Posted - 08/19/2010 : 08:44:28 AM In looking for new areas to ride at. My local area shut down a couple years ago and now riding is limited to mostly backroads. I live close to Heber Springs. Any suggestions on places within an hour or so drive time? |

Posted - 09/21/2010 : 10:26:03 AM No, they are not bad. If you stay on the main trails, they are marked. It's a good ride just be careful because the trials are bi-directional. |

Posted - 09/21/2010 : 03:28:44 AM Not a problem team316. How are the trails at Moccasin Gap? Are they easy to get lost on if you don't pay attention? (316 Knows why I ask this, Lol. Paper company you didnt want to get lost on.) |

Posted - 09/10/2010 : 11:29:08 PM I agree with you Jake. Mack Pines is a great trail area to ride. Went up there a few years back and had a blast. |

Posted - 09/08/2010 : 10:05:17 PM I have no clue to be honest. I only make it over that way every once in awhile. I come across center ridge and all them backroads to get over around banner. I'll check and see when I have time. I'll let you know something soon. You can still get to a few places around big creek, just as long as you don't get caught. Lol. |

Posted - 09/07/2010 : 9:15:03 PM Yea, I miss riding at paper company too. I still remember how most the trails worked together. The 4-way, flat rock, big creek, hay shed, boother hole, bluff hole or we called money pit cause every time you got off in you had spend money getting your ride going again. That place was alot of fun. Can you still get to Indian wells and the pipeline over by Banner? |

Posted - 08/20/2010 : 10:38:53 PM A good riding area is moccasin gap trail system about 30 miles above Russellville on Highway 7 North. Look for Macks Pines cafe/cabins on the right, they have maps and info for the the marked trails. any more questions just ask on here. |

Posted - 08/20/2010 : 8:10:50 PM Oh ok. I wasn't aware Brock creek had quad trails. Everything I've read only mentioned bike trails. Thank you. |

Posted - 08/20/2010 : 5:09:46 PM Brock creek single track is awesome. I have ridden a few of the quad trails on my bike that were good too. I love the place. It would be 2 to 2 1/2 hours from heber. imo it well worth the drive for a few hours of riding.... but i ride bikes |
