Re: 2014 YEA Banquet

Strictly speaking for my family, we would rather have the banquet and race in the same weekend. 1. With other commitments, our weekends seem to be in short supply. 2. Financially, (depending on the locations) separating could result an extra hotel stay for us. 3. We're not big time party people, so ...

Re: Japton's On Fire Coming Soon! June 22

Travis,
What time is the pre-ride on Saturday? I know, it goes against all my principles of showing up and racing, but Christian wants to get use to his new/used 105. ;)
Thanks,
Don

Re: No clue!

No, no riding after a race that I know of. But some races allow riding on the Sat. before the race. Travis Dupriest would be able to answer that for the Japtons race?

Re: No clue!

Mike, I didn't see your first post. When you say "beginner rider" that can mean a lot of things. I would say that you should be able to safely operate a bike, before you start racing. (the basics braking, steering, etc) If you cant do that, your going to get yourself or someone else hurt. There can ...

Times for first lap

Ruth, Can you clear something up for me? When I look at the overall times for the first lap on the long course they don't make sense. How can the AA class racers have slower times than 50, 60, 70 other riders? Does that mean that everyone with faster times cut the course somewhere? I find that hard ...
