I got it figured out now.

I updated some things with start rows at Perna and in some cases that significantly changed APs. It also fixed those weird issues with the software showing D riders leading on the first lap. I spent most of the night last night reviewing my list of 17 names, and it was greatly reduced. All of those ...

I was informed today that on the restart of the short course, there were 30 second intervals between rows. I have updated that information in moto-tally. It will only affect overalls and APs. It will not affect class placement.
