Yes it does... PLENTY of parking. Would be a nice change of scenery with some NICE sandy/loamy dirt, old daytona style sand section in the river bed, tight woods, possible log-crossings, open areas, and the sand whoops you see in the video that would be an absolute blast! Just like a lot of LACC race terrain. And obviously the river is there so people could go "swimming" depending on how high the river is. If not part of the Ironman-required races, possibly a wild-card optional points-paying race at the LEAST.
Mike, I'll let you do the kayaking! . I better stay on dry ground, could you kayak before you race me, just to wear yourself down a little. Maybe hook your bike on the back of the boat. .
Personally, I think this spot has the potential to be a 200 bike race turnout within a year or two.
