I just spoke with land owner John Neal. We've been talking about some improvements for the past couple years and he called to let me know the ball is rolling! Right now, a dozer is working in several areas...all aimed at making our little yearly hoedown nicer for you.
First, the entrance. The washed out areas in the old road have been refilled and water runoffs cut to keep the road from washing back out. The entrance into the pasture has also been improved to provide easier entrance for those of you that bring home with you.
Next, the dozer is expanding the level area at the top of the hill for more prime camping. Lots of trees are being pushed back and the level camping area should almost double.
Starting area- We're also having some area cleared for a new, spacious starting area.
There are still a couple other possible BIG changes(other than dirt work), but nothing is firm enough yet to announce. I'll let you know as soon as things are for sure.

Dozer work has come along nicely. Entrance is done as well as more camping area at the top of the hill(with shade!)New large start area is cleared with a new "road" leading to it. The old home place at the bottom of the pasture is now gone. The dozer has been busy!
