Does this event have New Trail or is it the same as the Old James Ranch Race?

We will be using both, making changes and adding new trail wherever possible.

If we reserve the camp sites at James Ranch are we close to the race course? Or are they even reservable?

The spots are near the grass track portion of the course and a short walk from the woods. If you are wanting an RV spot with hookups, call Nikki at 870-202-3295 to make a reservation. Special price for the race is $25 per night. Primitive camping is free.

Are there any lodgings available in the nearby area? Hotel/Motel? If so, do you have recommendations?

Here are the most popular in Pocahontas. They are all near each other and close to several restaurants and Walmart. Less than 10 miles to the race site.
