Discussion for AP changes for 2023 season

This discussion has been moved from the year end meeting to the forum regarding AP changes for the series.

Some of the points that were discussed:

- Adjusting APs for long course to prevent premature advancements for riders
- Increasing the AP for women's B class to cover the spread in speed for the women's classes. (increasing the current AP from 80 up to a larger number)
- Instituting an AP in peewee classes
