Award porosals for 2016

In an attempted to reduce cost for AHSCS, we would like to receive proposals to supply Race and Year end awards for the entire 2016 series.
In the past it has been up to each promotor to source awards for their event and the series would provide YEA. What we would like to propose is to have one source for all the events in one big order to reduce costs. Each event should still have its own individual images.
The increased orders size would include: the top 3 places for 18 classes, and about 20 “finisher awards” per event, times all 11 events, plus Year End Awards a total of 868 awards that can be supplied thought the year. ( a couple of weeks before each event).
You can be creative in the design of the award to meet your processes needs. They can be cut outs that can be used for other purposes or trophy shaped like puzzle pieces that when put together create the YEA award, to CAD 3d printing or using none traditional materials. We are open to suggestions.
Please let me know if you are interested in forwarding a proposal for the awards and the time you will need to complete the proposal.
When I have the proposals I will present them to the promotors for their approval.
