Camping Details

Camping is primitive. If you are "Glamping" feel free to bring your generator. We advise bringing extra fuel. There are no gas stations nearby.

The camping (hay) field is not golf course smooth but it has been freshly mowed low to the ground.

After entering the gate we recommend lining RV Campers and trailers along the north fence line.

Track Details

All race courses will run in the counter-clockwise direction. For returning racers this is opposite of last year.

The Kids and Short Courses sections are designed for flow, ease of passing and cater to first time racers, and racers building their experience. The Kids course is a little over 1.5 miles. The Short course is a little over 3 miles.

The long course is just shy of 8 miles. For returning racers there are two relatively short sections that have been re-routed. Given we are racing the opposite direction you will likely not even recognize the re-routed sections. The long course while challenging is designed for maximum fun

The Kids, Short and Long courses ALL feature split lane sections in the pine plantation. These sections are near the beginning of a lap and the ending of a lap. These were measured and designed for equal distance and afford racers the opportunity to choose whichever lane they prefer.

For safety reasons, ALL COURSES are interior to the timber access trails that serve as fire lanes for timber management. This means no section of the track is ever any long distance from an access point. IF you have any bike trouble STAY WITH YOUR BIKE notify another rider so you can be assisted via one of the access points.

Saturday Practice Details

- Kids, Short and Long courses are all marked with signage indicating your routes. Racers follow the Fly Racing Arrows. When you reach a Yellow Signs follow the arrow for your course. For Saturday only these courses WILL NOT run the PeeWee section of the Track. Caution signs will be placed at all locations where the long course merges back with Kids and Short Course.

- PeeWee track will be closed to all other traffic on Saturday and we encourage all of our PeeWee riders to take advantage of seat time and enjoy a closed section of track. They will have it all to themselves. Parents - The PeeWee track is walking distance and joins the camping field. Have fun!

Race Spectators
ATVs & UTVs may access several parts of the track via the fire lanes. Please observe any ROAD CLOSED signs. These are placed for a reason. Spectators can easily walk to the first split lane and we suggest bringing a lawn chair. If you want to see immediate race passing action, for every class the first split lanes are where it will happen!

We look forward to fantastic fall racing weather and we hope you are already making plans to be there.

The XC3 team really knocked it out of the park with the trail signage, mileage markers, ribboning, etc. The speaker setup for the riders meeting is also a nice touch. Top notch race, you guys.
